Mysore style is personalized instruction in a group setting. You practice at your own level, and at your own pace. Guidance comes from encouragement, subtle adjustments, and your own hard work. Progress comes through stabilizing joints, muscle ranges and increasing overall strength and flexibility.
I tailor my teaching to the those wanting more postures...the yogi who wants to live more comfortably in there body...to the older Ashtangi needing a break from the intensity but not the vitality of the system.
